Wooclap
With the voting tool Wooclap, you can make lectures or presentations more interactive. This can be done by asking questions to students or participants that they can answer directly via their smartphone, laptop, or tablet. The answers received are displayed live and, if desired, made visible to the entire group. Interactive teaching ensures that students are more engaged and remember the material better.
Wooclap can be used for various purposes. For example, for testing or activating students’ knowledge, asking students for their opinions about propositions or dilemmas, matching information (such as matching a concept to a meaning) or creating a word cloud. The results can be displayed live via the whiteboard. Students can compare their own responses with the group, and as an instructor you gain insight into students’ level of knowledge and opinions. During the meeting or in a subsequent meeting you can elaborate on this.

What kind of question types are possible?
There are different types of questions, such as open questions, multiple choice, and fill-in-the-blank questions, as well as questions that require students to click a specific spot on an image.
How do students access my questions?
Students can use their phone or laptop and go to Wooclap.com. There they can enter the code that will be automatically generated and shown on the first slide of the presentation.
Can students also participate anonymously?
Yes, that is possible. You can choose to have the students participate anonymously, but there is also an option where the students can create a username, or where they have to log in with a login method of their choice. Check out this page for more information.
